Contacting the right team
A support ticket is the single point of contact for anything tied to your player account at Extreme. That covers registration problems, verification delays, deposit failures, withdrawal requests and any dispute about a transaction. The operator holds your funds and your personal data, so only its own staff can see the records, action a payment or lift a block. The editorial team has no access to that system and no power to change a balance or speed up a payout.
If you write to us about an account issue, we can only pass the details along, which adds a step and slows the fix. Going straight to the operator's help desk is the direct route.
Corrections and outdated details
Casino pages change faster than any review site can track them. Bonus terms get rewritten, game libraries shrink, payout methods drop in and out. When you spot a figure that no longer matches what the site shows, send the page address and the current detail. We check the claim against the live site and correct the page when the report checks out.
The same applies to anything that looks wrong in our rating or our description of the lobby. We treat a factual error as a defect and fix it without fuss. What we cannot do is arbitrate between your reading of a bonus rule and the operator's. If you believe the casino owes you money, that dispute belongs with the operator's own complaints process.
What the editorial desk can answer
Our team handles questions about the review itself: how a rating was reached, why a bonus was marked a certain way, which criteria carried the most weight. We can also point you toward the right page on this website when you are hunting for a specific detail about the casino.
We cannot reset a password, change a wagering requirement, reverse a lost bet or issue a refund. We cannot tell you whether your withdrawal will clear today or tomorrow, because we do not see the queue. Those questions belong to the operator's support staff, who hold your account file and can act on it.
Working with the operator
Account, deposit and withdrawal problems share one trait: they all need somebody with write access to your player record. That person works for the casino, not for this publication. Raising those issues here means a handover, and a handover costs time. Open a ticket with the operator first, keep the reference number, and only come to us if the casino stops responding or gives you an answer that contradicts its own published terms.
We do read every message that reaches the contact form. Expect a reply within a reasonable time, and expect the response to come from a human, not an automated loop. If your message concerns a safety matter, such as a suspected breach of the site's terms or a problem with self-exclusion, say so in the first line so it gets routed correctly.
